Mitch Powell has more than twenty years of experience within the residential homebuilding industry. Mr. Powell is an expert in the development and construction of both single-family and multi-family homes. Most recently, Mr. Powell was the Construction Manager at OsterCraft Homes, a private custom homebuilding firm that specializes in the development of luxury homes throughout the city of Portland. Previously Mr. Powell served as a superintendent for D.R. Horton Inc., the largest publicly held homebuilding company in the United States.
Mr. Powell has overseen the construction of more than 500 single-family and multi-family homes within the Portland Metropolitan area. Since founding The Powell Group, he has built more than 30 ADUs. He is an expert in all stages of the development process from land development to final completion. Mr. Powell recently completed his Masters in Real Estate Development at Portland State University.
